Stella & Russ gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for return costs including insurance. Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

Custom or personalized orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Regular orders can be cancelled prior to shipping.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed into production.
